Fighting Misinformation: What Do These Fancy Words Actually Mean?

Let's chat about fancy words people use to make a study sound legit: randomized, double blind, placebo, clinical study. So much to unpack with this study… can't help feeling that these results are at best poorly presented without proper content, and at worst, intentionally manipulated.
