Another day, another review of a survey I came across “in the wild.” Today's survey was one I was asked to complete in order to make a return at Abercrombie. I get so annoyed when I have to answer questions like this AND this also seems to me like such a lost opportunity for Abercrombie to get better data. Let's do better!
