How to Write Great Survey Questions | Makeover for Patient Health Questionnaire

Another day, another review of a survey I came across “in the wild.” Today's survey is one I get to take a lot in therapy. It's widely used in mental health and yet I find it super restrictive and difficult to participate in. So, even though it's been "validated," I wonder how accurately it captures people's (like me) experiences. Let's do better!
