Fighting Misinformation | Jay Shetty Viral Video

Back in February, I went on a little Instagram rant after Jay Shetty shared a video about a study that found people (especially men) would rather receive an electric shock than be alone with their own thoughts (see a version video here: https://youtu.be/iT8gk8koeQo) I love love love Jay Shetty. I think he is amazing. I also think this is a form of manipulating research and spreading misinformation and we need to be mindful of that.
