Why do questions matter for your business?

Why is it important to spend a lot of time and put a lot of thought into the questions that you're asking people who engage with your business? There's a few reasons:

One, you want people to actually understand the questions. You want the questions to be meaningful to the people you're asking them from. That takes time and intention to do.

Two, you want to be able to use the responses. If you can't meaningfully interpret what someone's checked on a checkbox or typed in for you, then that question is not helpful for your business.

Three, you want the truth. You want people to read the question and respond authentically and honestly so that you can make decisions for your business for your dream based on accurate information that really reflects the people that you work with. If people don't understand the question or you haven't been intentional about crafting it, you're not going to get to that level of truth.
