Survey Design Essentials
In my professional role I do not write a lot of surveys but many of the strategies and programs I create are informed by data collected via surveys. This workshop gave me a better global understanding of how effective surveys are created and some pitfalls to avoid when we are collecting data from our key constituents. I immediately began sharing out what I learned when I returned to the office! I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is responsible for data collection and aggregation.
