Survey Design 101 | Why I Never Ask About Satisfaction

In this video on best practices in survey design (or feedback forms, whatever you want to call it - ASKING QUESTIONS) you'll learn why I think "satisfaction" is a throwaway question and what you might ask instead. Do you ask people if they are satisfied with your product/service/offer? Do you receive emails asking if you are satisfied with something? I never asked if people are satisfied with a service or offer. Because I don't care. I don't care because I find any variation of the word "satisfaction" to be SUPER unhelpful in evaluating my work.
