Feedback is part of running a successful business - how do people experience your product or service? What are you doing great at? What are you improving? Are you setting yourself up for success when you ask for feedback?
I LOVE feedback. But, not all feedback is good - and by good, I don't mean positive, I mean QUALITY. Some feedback is just straight-up unhelpful. And, the client/customer, isn't always to blame.
The quality of feedback you receive depends on the types of questions you ask! Quality feedback is actionable. That means you can actually do something with it. It doesn’t just make you feel good or bad. It actually helps you to make decisions.
